    A propos de la Yoga Room

    Yoga Room a été fondée fin 2015 avec l’ouverture d’un premier studio de yoga situé à la Rue Defacqz en plein cœur du quartier du Châtelain à Bruxelles. Un deuxième studio a été ouvert en avril 2017. Aujourd’hui, Yoga Room est en pleine phase d’expansion avec 3 nouveaux studios prévus en 2019 à Bruxelles.

    Le concept de la Yoga Room est basé sur 3 piliers :
    – Des professeurs de yoga passionnés et dotés d’une expérience internationale
    – Une grande variété de cours de yoga, 7 jours sur 7
    – Des installations et un service d’excellente qualité

    Ton challenge

    En tant que Hospitality Staff, tu travailles dans un studio et tes missions principales seront :

    FRONT DESK
    – Accueil des membres
    –  Check-In / check-Out
    –  Conseils aux membres
    – Gestion des payements
    – Ouverture et fermeture des studios

    BACK DESK
    – Préparation des salles : Installation et nettoyage des tapis de yoga
    – Entretien et maintenance des espaces
    – Gestion des commandes

    Ton profil

    – Tu as une expérience dans le service aux clients (Horeca, hôtellerie, Retail, Bien être,…)
    – Tu as un sens aiguisé du service client
    – Tu es efficace et multitâches
    – Tu es flexible et prêt à travailler en soirée et pendant le weekend
    – Tu t’exprimes aisément en anglais et en français; le néerlandais est un atout
    – Le monde du yoga t’intéresse particulièrement

    About Yoga Room

    Yoga Room was founded in late 2015 with the opening of a first yoga studio located at Rue Defacqz in the heart of the Châtelain area of Brussels. A second studio was opened in April 2017. Today, Yoga Room is in full expansion phase with 3 new studios planned in 2019 in Brussels.

    The concept of the Yoga Room is based on 3 pillars:

    Your challenge

    As Member Care responsible, you work from the Yoga Room office and provide a great member experience outside of the studios, through existing and future communication channels. You answer questions and collect feedback on just about everything under the Yoga Room community. As a member of the Member Experience team, you are empowered to be solution oriented, think outside the box, and find resolutions for our members. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent member support during all sales and after-sales procedures. This role is for you if you enjoy problem solving resolutions through authentic connection.

    Your key responsabilities

    – Provide a high valuable members experience via phones, email, and any future channels in both English and French.

    – Provide general information and advices to our new customers

    – Resolve members inquiries and concerns quickly

    – Multi-tasks and efficiently navigates through several programs and applications to provide solutions and tracking of members interactions in our internal reporting tools.

    – Builds relationships to create life-long members. Bending over backwards is not just something we do on our yoga mats. We do it for our members too.

    – Performs additional administrative tasks allowing to resolve related to members issues

    Experience

    Take charge attitude and ability to build constructive direct conversations

    – Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.

    – Able to see trends through multiple member interactions and communicate them effectively.

    – Resourceful and solutions-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Sometimes we need to get creative in how we find an answer.

    – Responsible, dependable and open to change.

    – Friendly, optimistic, empathic and authentic.

    – Passion for and involvement in yoga

    – Advanced computer skills (Primarily Office suite & Internal CRM tool) & ability to quickly switch from one program to another

    – Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
