    Online classes are available online for 48 hours.
    They accessible for free and donation based. 
    Everyday, we will also schedule several live classes.
    100% of your donations will go to the teachers.
    All donations will be equally shared between each of them.
    All Yoga Room memberships are currently suspended.
    The goal of Yoga Room Online is to support our yoga teachers
    who are all independent contractors.

    IMPORTANT – READ!
    Booking Procedures

    During the closure of our studios, we offer LIVE classes every day at the single price of €10/class, in live streaming. 

    ** Registrations are done as usual through your Yoga Room app or below, and viewing is done via ZOOM, to be installed on your computer or mobile.

    ** 30 min before the class, we will send you by email the link to access the class, not before. If you haven’t received any email, please make sure you check your spam folder!

    ** Live classes must be paid before we send you the link. You can pay through the APP or through your Yoga Room account.

    ** Classes are live and start on time. Classes not taken on time cannot be refunded or re-credited. We therefore recommend that you take sufficient time before your class to connect to ZOOM and adjust the audio and video settings of your computer or mobile.

    ** Bookings to Live classes are open up to 30 minutes before the class starts. You can cancel/modify your participation up to 30 minutes before as well. Any cancellation beyond this time will be charged. We do not take any cancellation/modification of classes by email. Please go directly through your app or below on this site.

    ** When the class is full, the “SIGN UP” button disappears. It is then no longer possible to register.

    ** Please note that Yoga Room can in no way be held responsible for any internet connection issue or bandwidth restrictions and no class reimbursement can be made for these reasons. Live classes’ credits are to be used during this exceptional closing period only. Online credits not used during this period can neither be transferred to regular classes at the studio nor be refunded.

    Detox Flow (EN)

    Teacher: Jimmy

    Detox flow is a challenging class where students can expect to work out and sweat. The teacher will be guide the students through detoxifying poses such as twists, forward folds and backbends that stimulate a cleansing of the internal organs. This class is perfect for students who want to reset their body and their mind after a long week, a busy day or a late night. 

    Detox Flow is ideal for those looking for a challenging flow class and is not suitable for beginners.

    Restorative (EN)

    Teacher: Simone

    Restorative Yoga aims to promote effortless relaxation and rejuvenation of the body and mind. Poses are supported with props and held for longer periods to allow for deep states of relaxation. When the body is supported and balanced, the body’s own ability to restore itself is activated. You will leave this class feeling an inner clarity and calm. Restorative Yoga is suitable for everyone, especially those in need of healing or stress reduction.

    Open Flow (EN)

    Open flow if a class where all levels are welcomed. Each and every posture will be explained with the different levels in mind: beginner yogis will have their modified options available for them, advanced yogis will be able to go all the way into the pose.

    Hatha (EN)

    Hatha Yoga is a more traditional approach to the system of practicing asanas (poses). In a Hatha class, you will practice less poses and hold them for longer periods in order to explore them more fully and understand how to work with your body and your mind. Hatha Yoga is a great place to learn how to do poses properly and safely before you apply them in Flow Yoga, but don’t expect an easy class.
    Hatha Yoga is ideal for those interested in developing a solid practice.

    Flow 2 (EN)

    This is a flow class that moves at a vigorous pace, incorporates dynamic transitions and encourages more challenging postures. The teacher will offer precision in alignment combined with the sweet sweat of a flow. With attention to the breath and fluid movement, students warm up with sun salutations and flow through a skillful sequence, working toward a peak pose or targeting a specific body part. Suitable for intermediate levels.

    Hatha (EN)

    Flexibility (FR)

    Le cours de flexibilité a pour but d’ouvrir de l’espace et de la souplesse dans le corps. L’enchaînement des poses se fait selon un rythme très doux, (sans vinyasas de liaison), avec la respiration comme guide vers la souplesse et la détente. Les poses travaillent les différentes ouvertures des hanches et des épaules, ainsi que l’étirement des muscles avant et arrière des jambes. Convient à tous les niveaux.

    Rocket 1 (FR)

    Created by Larry Schultz in San Fransisco in the 1980’, Rocket I is a series of postured based on a modification of Ashtanga Vinyasana Yoga primary series, with some key postures from more advanced Ashtanga series that can be added by the teacher as options for more advanced students. The Rocket routines renew energy and vitality in the body by working directly on the joints and stimulating all of our bodies systems. Not suitable for beginners.

    Arm Balance (EN)

    Teacher: Sarah

    This class is designed to help students to move beyond fear, build better balance, strength and stability (while having fun!) so as to confidently integrate arm balances into their yoga repertoire. The teacher will safely guide students through the journey of moving beyond perceived limitations towards more advanced arm balance and integrate them into a flow or transitions. Suitable for advanced level. This class requires previous yoga experience and some level of flexibility and strength.

    Hip opening (EN)

    Teacher: Katie

    This practice is focused on the largest joints in our body; The hips. The class will include mobility, strengthening and stretching to keep these powerful joints healthy. A lot of tension and emotional baggage are held in this area of the body. Creating awareness and allowing release will not only increase flexibility, promote healthy organs, cleans the root and sacral chakra and release emotional tension, but also allow students to have better posture and reproductive health. Suitable for all levels.

    Gentle Flow (EN)

    Gentle Flow is a soft, flowing practice that links together poses with the breath in order to reach body relaxation and calm mind.This class requires less strength and endurance than a flow 1 yoga class, making it ideal for beginners and for those with limited mobility. Suitable for all levels.

    Alignement (FR)

    Alignment is a relatively slow class that focuses on building an understanding of the basics of each yoga posture. Focusing on the tiniest details will allow the student to deconstruct each posture and align their body in the correct manner to make sure it remembers the correct positioning. Suitable for all levels, this practice is great for beginners but also recommended for practicing yogis who would like to refine and polish their asanas.

    Hot Yoga 26+2 (EN)

    Hot Yoga 60′ is a shorter version of the traditional 90-minute class in which the same 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises will be repeated less or held for shorter lengths of time, depending on the teacher. This is a great place to start a Hot Yoga practice before attempting the full 90-minute class. This well-rounded sequence is performed slowly and poses are not linked together. Since the same poses are done in every Hot Yoga class, students can progress in their practice quickly. Suitable for all levels. Hot Yoga 60′ is ideal for anyone looking for a challenging class (in a heated room).

    Yoga Burn (EN)

    Yoga Burn is a practice that is focused on activating, strengthening and toning all muscle groups in the body. This style of yoga is upbeat, uplifting and fun. It includes a combination of Yogalates and Kriya yoga based movements. This practice assists in cultivating awareness of the emotional body. Suitable for all levels, especially students who want to sweat and challenge their practice.

    Urban Flow (EN)

    Le Hatha Yoga est une approche plus traditionnelle de la pratique des asanas (postures). Dans le cours de Hatha yoga, il y a moins de postures mais ces dernières sont tenues plus longtemps afin de les explorer en profondeur et de comprendre comment travailler avec le corps et l’esprit.     This class is specifically designed for pregnant women who need to move, relax, unwind and alleviate the little physical discomforts occurring in pregnancy. This class will approach all aspects to help future moms to have a smooth 9 months journey: creating space for the mom and the baby, meditation, breathing techniques, posture, relaxation, movement, stretching and strengthening. Suitable for all levels pregnant women.     Donate for our teachers

    Our yoga teachers are all independent contractors. As our studios are closed for the COVID-19, they don’t teach yoga and don’t make any revenue.  We made Yoga Room Online to secure some revenues for our teachers and to keep offering you the yoga you love with them. Please donate for every class you watch.
