    REOPENING & CLASSES BOOKING

    When do the studios reopen?

    All studios, except Waterloo, will reopen on June 9th. The schedule will change over the coming weeks.
    Our Waterloo studio will reopen in a new location prior to the end of the 2021. In the meantime, we invite you to join us at either Fort-Jaco or Stockel.

    When is the schedule published? When can I book a class?

    The schedule will be published on the App on Wednesday, June 2nd and bookings open at 8 am on Monday, June 7th.

    If you wish to use your Yoga Room CREDIT to purchase a membership in STUDIO ONLY, you can do so through the App.

    If you wish you to use your Yoga Room CREDIT for any other offer, please contact member care at [email protected]

    You can purchase all our offers through our Website with your credit card, but not with your Yoga Room CREDIT.

    I can’t select the location on the App, I see an empty schedule?

    The schedule will be visible online as of June 2nd. Notice if you have clicked on the star instead of the studio.  You must click on the name of the studio to select it.

    I want to book a class, but the system won’t recognize me?

    It is possible that you are not logged into your Yoga Room account on your APP. It should say “Hello” followed by your first name at the top of the screen. Once connected, you will see the pro rata credit from your previous membership in your YR Brussels wallet.  If you don’t see it, double-check that you are on Location Brussels.

    If you wish to use your Yoga Room CREDIT to purchase a membership in STUDIO ONLY, you can do so through the App.

    Will bookings be limited?

    Yes, in accordance with the current health measures, we must limit the capacity of our classes and reduce the size of our waiting lists.

    Please note that we will be very strict on the late cancellation policy. You have up to 4 hours before class to cancel, otherwise your booking will be considered a late cancellation.

    • If you have an unlimited membership: on the third late cancellation (of the current month), each late cancellation will be charged a 10 euro fee. If your bank details are not recorded, the system will block access to booking classes until the payment has been made. On the first of the month, the late cancellation counter is reset to zero.
    • If you are on a 10 or 10+2 class card: each late cancellation is counted as if you had taken the class.

    We have had to employ this policy because some students fail to cancel beforehand and block off spaces unnecessarily, while others are frustrated because they can’t book a spot in their favorite class.

     

    MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT

    When does my studio membership resume?

    • All memberships have been converted to credit on a pro rata basis for unused days.
    • All 10-class cards have been extended for 8 months and may be used as of June 9th.

    Your credit will appear in the YR wallet section on the App (location Brussels).

    If you wish to use your Yoga Room CREDIT to purchase a membership in STUDIO ONLY, you can do so through the App.

    If you wish you to use your Yoga Room CREDIT for any other offer, please contact member care at [email protected]

    You can purchase all our offers through our Website with your credit card, but not with your Yoga Room CREDIT.

    I can no longer find unlimited memberships for sale on the website? Has the offer changed?

    For the summer, due to the current restrictions, we have opted to reduce our membership options to a 10 + 2 class card (180 euros) and the Discovery Pass (65 euros). The Discovery Pass offer is valid only once for new students at Yoga Room.
    As of September, depending on the state of the current health crisis, we will be launching a new offer on unlimited memberships. You may use your YR credit to purchase a new membership.

    I can’t connect to my Yoga Room account through the App?

    If you have difficulty logging in, please do not create a new Yoga Room account. Instead, select “forgot password” follow the directions. Most often, this will resolve the situation.If not, please call us at Customer Service at 02 897 17 67 email us at [email protected] (include a screenshot that shows the error message)

    I have an online subscription and now I can’t find my credit?

    You must change your location from YR Online account to YR Studio account.  Your credit will appear in your YR Brussels wallet in the App.

    If you wish to use your Yoga Room CREDIT to purchase a membership in STUDIO ONLY, you can do so through the App.

    If you wish you to use your Yoga Room CREDIT for any other offer, please contact member care at [email protected]

    I have an online subscription and I would like to know if there will be any changes?

    Your subscription won’t be affected by the reopening. Once it expires, you’ll be able to purchase our new online offer.
    Alternatively, you may opt to purchase our new online offer now by connecting to the Mindbody customer site:  http://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ws.asp?studioid=806384 

    Cancel your current contract by going to My Info> Account, then choose Automatic Payments and click the Cancel button. Keep in mind that your contract ends immediately. If you are only at the start of your weekly subscription, please contact us to organise the start date. You may also purchase our new summer offer through the website www.yoga-room.be

     

    Have I purchased a studio membership that I have never used?

    SANITARY MEASURES

    What social distancing measures have you put into place?

    •     Please arrive on time at the studio (not too early to avoid gatherings)
    •     Compulsory masks (except on the mat)
    •     Respect for social distancing: 1.5m between the center of each mat.
    •      Disposable towels are available in the washrooms.
    •      Opening the windows both before and after class.
    •      Implementation of a visible air quality control device (by measuring the CO2 rate) and a mechanical air renewal system in closed rooms (hot type) or any room not benefiting from natural ventilation.
    •      Mandatory placement of a towel over your mat for all classes.
    •      The mats will be disinfected with a virucidal product between each class by our cleaning team.
    •      The props are available for use. Please use the spray bottle to clean them both before and after class.
    • Lockers are open, showers are closed until the sanitary measures are updated. 
    •      No hands-on adjustments.
    •      Diffusion of cleansing essential oils in the common areas.
    •      Surfaces will be disinfected between classes.
