    Challenge : Yoga Burn

    Got that spring in your step yet??
    Join Simone from May 10th to 20th for 4 days of fun, with a daily upbeat Yoga workout to energize and uplift you into Spring.

    Yoga Burn is open to all levels and all beings wanting to restart those engines after a long lockdown winter.
    This Yoga inspired workout series is energising and uplifting, a perfect opportunity to let some sticky stuff move!
    I have adapted this next challenge to accommodate more time to check in & warm up properly. We will now have 60 minutes per session to do our thing on our mats.

    Online Challenge using Zoom
    Tuition : 40 €
    4 sessions (week 1) : 10,11,12 & 13 May
    Time :  18:15 – 19:15 (4x 60min classes)
